Returns Policy
We offer a refund on any faulty products.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email, fax or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
To return an item to us, please use the returns form that was included in the documentation you received with your order. Please include your details including your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. You should return products to Returns Department, The Skin Company, 6 Mayhall Avenue, East Morton, West Yorkshire BD20 5WF. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).
